Col. 1:9-11 
For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; [10] That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; [11] Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness; 

Twelve things prayed for the Colossians:

1. To be filled with the knowledge of His will (Col. 1:9).

2. To be filled with all wisdom (Col. 1:9).

3. To have spiritual understanding (Col. 1:9).

4. To walk worthy of the Lord (Col. 1:10).

5. To walk pleasing to the Lord (Col. 1:10).

6. To be fruitful in all good works.

7. To increase in the knowledge of God.

8. To be strengthened with all might (Col. 1:11).

9. To have His glorious power.

10. To have all patience (Col. 1:11).

11. To have all longsuffering (Col. 1:11).

12. To have joy (Col. 1:11).
